This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Contract Analyst based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to support enterprise contract management operations by ensuring critical contractual information is accurately captured, maintained, and accessible.
You will play a key part in improving data quality, reducing contractual risks, and enabling better business decisions through reliable contract intelligence.
The position combines contract analysis, data management, process improvement, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review agreements, identify key commercial details, and maintain accurate contract databases.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Contract Analyst will be responsible for managing contract information workflows, ensuring accuracy and completeness of commercial data, and supporting continuous improvements in contract management processes.

  • Review and analyze contracts, amendments, addendums, and related documentation to extract critical contractual and commercial information.
  • Capture key contract details, including renewal dates, expiration timelines, milestone deadlines, management fees, payment terms, and other business-critical data points.
  • Maintain and update contract databases by transferring extracted information accurately into designated systems.
  • Support AI-enabled contract extraction processes while applying manual review and validation where required.
  • Manage contract tracking logs, monitor document status, and follow up on outstanding information or documentation gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain required contract documents and resolve data or abstraction-related queries.
  • Perform quality checks on system reports and contract data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation standards, and contract management processes.
  • Assist with reporting activities, database updates, compliance-related tasks, and operational initiatives.
  • Support broader team objectives by documenting processes and contributing ideas for efficiency improvements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with contracts, documentation, or structured data processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification with 1–3 years of relevant experience in contract analysis, commercial operations, data management, or a related field.
  • Experience reviewing corporate contracts, legal documents, commercial agreements, or property-related documentation is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize and interpret complex information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong reading comprehension and paraphrasing abilities to interpret contractual language effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Adaptability and openness to new technologies, including AI-supported contract review and extraction tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps, investigate issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Professional integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, contract management, or enterprise operations would be an advantage.
