Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Spine, Pain & Neurology
Daytona, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient
At Symphony Spine, Pain & Neuro Alliance, you'll work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative outpatient practice dedicated to treating spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions. What You'll Do
· Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
· Diagnose and manage patients with spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions
· Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
· Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including imaging and laboratory testing
· Prescribe medications and other therapies within your scope of practice
· Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, and other pain management interventions (training available based on experience)
· Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and long-term care plans
· Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
· Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
· Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For
· Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
· DEA license (or ability to obtain)
· Previous APP experience preferred
· Experience in pain management, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, spine, or another related outpatient specialty preferred
· Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
· Excellent communication and patient education abilities
· Experience with EMR documentation
· Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
