Accountabilities:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that integrate modern user interfaces, backend services, and AI-powered capabilities. You will contribute to building scalable systems, improving user experiences, and delivering reliable solutions for complex enterprise workflows. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing responsive, intuitive frontend applications using React for advanced document management and interactive workflows.
  • Building scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks to connect user interfaces with search platforms and data pipelines.
  • Integrating AI and search technologies to support document indexing, retrieval, automated workflows, and intelligent application features.
  • Developing solutions for document upload, processing, rendering, and automated content generation.
  • Optimizing application performance, including state management, loading times, API responsiveness, and real-time user interactions.
  • Writing high-quality, maintainable code supported by comprehensive unit and integration testing.
  • Participating in code reviews and following enterprise-level security and development standards.
  • Collaborating with cloud engineers, architects, and leadership teams to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in software architecture, scalability, and engineering practices.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack engineer with strong expertise in modern web development, backend systems, and AI-enabled applications. You should be comfortable working across multiple technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating in a remote environment. Required qualifications and preferred experience include:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Advanced experience building modern React applications, including hooks, state management, and asynchronous data flows.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered search platforms, vector search technologies, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Experience working with enterprise search tools such as Vertex AI Search, Elasticsearch, Pinecone, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of document processing workflows, unstructured data pipelines, or automated document generation systems.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, preferably within Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Experience implementing secure data-handling practices in enterprise applications.
  • Ability to work during core business hours aligned with Central, Mountain, or Eastern US time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
