Analista de Automao PL

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Automação PL based in Brazil.

This role focuses on designing, migrating, and maintaining automation solutions that improve business efficiency and operational performance.
You will contribute to a large-scale RPA transformation project, working with modern automation platforms and development practices.
The position combines technical execution, process analysis, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
You will help deliver reliable automations by supporting the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.
Working remotely, you will collaborate with technical teams and clients to identify improvements and ensure automation quality.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for supporting the development and evolution of automation solutions, ensuring stable delivery, technical quality, and alignment with business needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze existing automations developed in Automation Anywhere and support their migration to Power Automate.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate.
  • Participate in technical meetings and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Support user acceptance testing and validation processes with business teams.
  • Monitor automation performance and ensure stability of solutions in production environments.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies together with the automation team.
  • Apply best practices for robot development, exception handling, logging, and operational support.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in RPA development and automation projects, with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Required qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working with RPA projects and automation development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience developing solutions using Python.
  • Practical experience migrating automations between different RPA platforms.
  • Knowledge of the complete automation development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Understanding of exception handling, logging practices, and automation development standards.
  • Experience creating Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical documentation.
  • Higher education completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in technical environments.
  • Knowledge of Automation Anywhere is considered a plus.
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification is a desirable advantage.
