  • Participate in security monitoring, risk identification, and change management processes.
  • Provide guidance on infrastructure best practices and help improve client environments over time.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or MSP/multi-tenant environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange/M365, Intune, and SharePoint.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, and VPNs.
  • Experience with endpoint security tools (AV/EDR), backup and disaster recovery, and patch management systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for system administration tasks.
  • Strong incident management, change control, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team-based environments.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.
Benefits
  • Full-time role with a structured weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET).
  • Exposure to a wide range of enterprise and cloud technologies in a managed services environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a fast-scaling technology organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystems and enterprise infrastructure tools.
  • Collaborative, learning-focused environment with technical mentorship opportunities.
