Role Overview
The Sales Director is responsible for driving net new enterprise revenue across health systems, payers, and government entities by positioning Precise’s integrated Behavioral Health Operating System. This role requires a blend of behavioral health domain expertise, clinical workflow fluency, and digital health solution selling experience.
This role will report to the Chief Growth Officer
Core Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales Execution
Own full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Build and manage pipeline aligned to growth targets.
Close complex, multi-year deals.
2. Strategic Account Development
Develop relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders.
Lead multi-stakeholder deal orchestration.
3. Solution-Based Selling
Position full suite of services including clinical, digital, and RCM.
Translate client needs into tailored solutions.
4. Clinical and Operational Alignment
Understand behavioral health workflows and patient flow.
Collaborate with clinical operations teams.
5. Financial and Value-Based Selling
Build ROI-driven proposals and present pro formas.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner across internal teams to ensure successful execution.
Required Experience
· 7–12+ years in healthcare enterprise sales.
· Behavioral health experience required.
· Strong clinical understanding.
· Digital health sales experience.
