  • Gather, refine, and translate business, regulatory, and technical requirements into structured documentation such as BRDs and product specifications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, technical, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate implementation of product changes and enhancements.
  • Participate in product reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement cycles to optimize outcomes and user experience.
  • Support the prioritization of features and initiatives using data-driven insights and MVP principles.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a closely related role in a complex, technical, or market-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. market structure, financial systems, and clearing concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in product decision-making.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and modern product development tools.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements clearly and present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of proposing practical and creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Solid technical literacy, with familiarity in software development and web-based technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly operational environment with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work flexibility within eligible U.S. states
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Life insurance and disability coverage (short and long term)
  • Unlimited paid time off and generous family leave policies
  • Training, learning, and professional development opportunities
  • Wellness resources and employee support programs
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful products shaping modern market infrastructure
