This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Experiência Serviços III based in Brazil.

This is an 8-month temporary opportunity focused on planning, financial analysis, and service efficiency within a large-scale retail environment.
You will help translate business needs into structured plans, financial insights, and practical initiatives that improve the customer experience in stores.
The role combines budget management, strategic planning, OKRs, feasibility studies, and executive reporting.
You will work closely with teams across stores, franchises, training, communications, and other business areas.
Your analyses will support strategic decisions while helping identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
The environment is dynamic and multidisciplinary, requiring autonomy, resilience, and comfort with evolving priorities.
You will have meaningful exposure to strategic projects where insights can directly influence initiatives across a broad retail network.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the control, analysis, and monitoring of the Services area's budget, providing visibility into deviations, efficiencies, and opportunities for financial optimization.
  • Conduct strategic planning activities and structure, implement, and monitor the area's OKRs.
  • Develop financial analyses, projections, feasibility studies, and operational assessments to support strategic decisions across company-owned stores and franchise operations.
  • Build executive presentations, performance reports, and management materials for strategic stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with store-channel training, communications, franchise, company-owned store, and other related teams to align priorities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving the in-store customer experience through initiatives focused on operational efficiency and financial feasibility.
  • Lead and support strategic projects within the planning function that contribute to greater efficiency and effectiveness of services in stores.
  • Identify business opportunities and translate operational challenges from stores and franchisees into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor initiatives in testing or development phases, adapting plans based on results, feedback, and new learnings.
Requirements
  • Availability to work on a temporary basis for 8 months.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in planning or project management, particularly involving the design and implementation of new processes; retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Presentations or equivalent spreadsheet and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and their application to productivity, analysis, and business activities.
  • Experience preparing and presenting executive-level materials to strategic stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build financial feasibility models, analyze margins, and interpret business performance.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and negotiate deadlines, priorities, and deliverables in complex environments.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented profile, with the confidence to propose improvements and take ownership of initiatives.
  • Genuine interest in understanding the challenges faced by frontline teams, stores, and franchisees in order to develop practical and applicable solutions.
  • Resilience and adaptability, particularly when working on projects in testing phases where learnings may require frequent changes to the original plan.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
