Gestionnaire de Territoire, Esthtique Faciale

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gestionnaire de Territoire, Esthétique Faciale based in Canada.

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive commercial performance across the facial aesthetics market in the Montréal and South Shore territory. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders while developing a strong understanding of local market dynamics. The position combines strategic territory planning, consultative selling, business analysis, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding brand performance and identifying new business opportunities. Success will require a strong understanding of customer needs, competitive trends, and clinical considerations. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional and field teams in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment. Accountabilities:
  • Drive sales performance, brand metrics, financial results, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed commercial targets across the assigned territory.
  • Develop effective pre-call planning and post-call evaluation processes to continuously improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing relevant, value-driven solutions.
  • Execute an effective customer coverage strategy based on performance indicators, account priorities, and territory opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including customer needs, market dynamics, competitive activity, products, and relevant clinical expertise.
  • Gather and share market intelligence with leadership and the broader team to inform business and brand strategies.
  • Clearly communicate the differentiated value proposition to healthcare professionals and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and speakers.
  • Identify innovative approaches and new business opportunities to maximize territory growth and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with regional field teams and cross-functional partners to develop integrated account plans and deliver strong commercial results.
  • Analyze territory performance and market data to identify trends, evaluate results, and support informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of specialized sales experience within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetics industry.
  • Experience in account-based or physician-focused sales, training, managed healthcare, B2B sales, or marketing is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success and strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling and influential customer interactions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt selling approaches and communication styles to different customer profiles and needs.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and commercial judgment.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and identify opportunities to maximize business growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the credibility and professionalism to build partnerships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Comfortable using technology, digital tools, and data-driven resources in a field-based commercial environment.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop effective territory and account plans.
  • Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends and travel as required, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license and valid passport.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with English-speaking employees, customers, and stakeholders outside Québec.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across field and multifunctional teams.
