NOW HIRING – IMMEDIATE START | PAID TRAINING PROVIDED


Ameritech Construction is a trusted and established Home Improvement Company dedicated to helping homeowners enhance their homes while saving energy and reducing costs. We take pride in developing our team members through hands-on training in Management, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Customer Service, and Problem Solving.


This position is in-person only (not remote).


We’re seeking motivated, professional, and goal-oriented individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact in their community while building valuable lifelong skills.


Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000 – $1,600

Annual Income Potential: $50,000 – $80,000+

Job Responsibilities


Customer Service Representatives

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

• Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings.

• Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists.

• Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners.


• Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods.

• Educate homeowners about our energy-saving products and services.

• Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness.

• Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs.

• Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and community outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated, dependable, and coachable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation required

• No prior experience necessary — we provide comprehensive training
