Complete Goods Retail Administrator in Dwight, Illinois at AHW LLC

Owns the financial and settlement lifecycle for complete goods transactions from the time a customer signs a purchase agreement through final settlement processing. Works in parallel with the Complete Goods Sales Representative by managing payment collection, finance coordination when applicable, and transaction summary submission.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and confirms deal handoff at the time of signed purchase agreement and contacts the customer to confirm payment method within 24 hours
• Enrolls every eligible complete goods customer in John Deere Financial (JDF) by initiating credit applications through to approval
• Collects payment information and processes or schedules payment aligned with the delivery timeline
• Completes the transaction summary with accurate payment form, unit(s) sold, and trade-in details then submits to the settlement team
• Tracks settlement status and resolves outstanding items promptly while maintaining a clean active workflow with all deals assigned to a next action
• Communicates proactively with the customer on any outstanding requirements before delivery
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintains confidentiality of customer financial information and ensures team adherence to data security protocols
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
• Performs other job duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• 2+ years in financial processing, account management, or customer service in an agricultural, automotive, or equipment dealership preferred
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in financial documentation is non-negotiable
• Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously with clear prioritization
• Comfortable with customer-facing financial conversations

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
