Success will depend on your ability to understand customer needs, communicate technical solutions, and position modular workplace solutions effectively.
The position offers a fast-paced, high-energy environment where initiative, integrity, and measurable results are highly valued.
Extensive regional travel, trade events, networking, and direct customer engagement will be central to building a strong pipeline and growing revenue.

Accountabilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry research, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with customers across construction, energy, petrochemical, refining, industrial, government, healthcare, and other target sectors.
  • Develop and manage a full sales cycle, with opportunities ranging from short-term transactions to complex engagements lasting up to a year.
  • Position modular building and workplace solutions as preferred options by understanding customer requirements and communicating relevant product value.
  • Provide knowledgeable technical sales and service support, responding to customer questions and helping resolve product or service issues promptly.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and support walk-in business when required.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and contracts while following established commercial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and rental progress within Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction after the sale and proactively follow up on outstanding issues and payment collections.
  • Attend trade shows, industry conferences, networking events, and other business development activities to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
  • Track and manage operational and business development expenses associated with the territory.
  • Collaborate with branch and operational teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support regional sales and business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, energy, education, government/military, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate new business, close sales, and build durable customer relationships.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including complex opportunities with timelines ranging from one week to one year.
  • Rental sales experience is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in modular structures or temporary/permanent building solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education and demonstrated sales experience may also be considered.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, account development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and integrity.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, highly mobile position with extensive regional travel.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by achieving measurable sales and revenue objectives.
  • Adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing, high-energy environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to participate in industry events and maintain an active presence within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment criminal records check.

  • Exposure to diverse industries, including energy, construction, industrial, government, and healthcare.
  • Opportunity to build long-term relationships with major customers and decision-makers.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging professional environment.
