Lone Mountain Land Company (“LMLC”) is a subsidiary of CrossHarbor Capital Partners ($8.7B AUM) and is responsible for executing several long-term real estate development strategies in Southwest Montana. Big Sky has emerged as the most successful and rapidly growing resort development in the United States. CrossHarbor owns three private residential communities in Big Sky (Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, and Moonlight Basin), several mixed-use buildings and a hotel in downtown Big Sky (“Town Center”) and created a separate investment fund dedicated to developing and acquiring workforce housing. LMLC manages all investments, development, and operations in Southwest Montana on behalf of CrossHarbor. Position Summary
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of the facility's building systems and equipment. This includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, fire safety systems, and general upkeep. The role requires a strong understanding of building systems, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

- Management of interior and exterior common spaces.
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Minor plumbing repair
- General carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Upkeep, diagnosis, and repair of appliances
- Maintenance of heating/venting systems, including filter replacement
- Oversee unit turns, including renovations, repairs and cleaning
- Install and/or replace equipment using hand or power tools.
- Responsible for ensuring utility systems meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Skills & Abilities
- Able to speak clearly and effectively with tenants, co-workers, vendors, and other Lone Mountain Land Company departments.
- Ability to problem solve and/or know when it is necessary to ask for management assistance in problem-solving.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
Experience/Education Required
- HVAC Experience is encouraged
- Minimum three years’ experience in facilities maintenance
- General knowledge of all areas of building maintenance
