Parts Department Associate in Audubon, Iowa at Midwest Livestock Systems LLC

Job Summary:

Qualified candidates must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong attention to detail,

computer experience, excellent communication skills, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced

setting. Industry experience would be helpful but is not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports to the Location Manager
• Normal hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
• Driving a forklift.
• Receiving and processing warehouse inventory.
• Purchase Order processing.
• Shipping product.
• Perform a complete inventory count.
• Stocking inventory on shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Provide parts to customers, service techs and construction projects.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Complete other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor

Qualifications (Skills Required)

• Positive attitude
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• Customer relationship skills
• Good communication and relationship building skills required
• Exceptional organization and time management skills

Education / Experience: High School diploma, Microsoft Office, Customer service experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, handle and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
