- Advise clients on payment-processing best practices, margin optimization, revenue growth, and strategies to maximize payment adoption.
- Build strong relationships with platform clients by understanding their business objectives, developing strategies to achieve them, and serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their payments growth.
- Analyze client and portfolio data to identify trends, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic go-to-market guidance covering product positioning, pricing, messaging, adoption strategies, and payment monetization.
- Support portfolio migrations and help clients navigate the operational and commercial considerations associated with transitioning payment portfolios.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive long-term platform success.

- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, strategic partnerships, or a related client-facing discipline, preferably within embedded payments or fintech.
- Strong understanding of Payment Facilitator (PayFac) models or PayFac-as-a-Service solutions, particularly within vertically focused software platforms.
- Deep knowledge of credit card and ACH processing, including interchange, interchange drivers, and the factors that influence payment economics.
- Demonstrated experience helping businesses grow embedded payment programs, increase adoption, or improve payment-related revenue and margins.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand client business models and translate objectives into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent customer empathy and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify meaningful trends, evaluate performance, and turn insights into recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple client initiatives and projects simultaneously.
- Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving, particularly when navigating complex client, operational, or technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to advise clients and collaborate across functions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change and new solutions are frequently required.
- Comprehensive health benefits package.
- Unlimited paid time off.
- Paid parental leave.
- Flexible working environment designed to support autonomy and work-life balance.
- Collaborative and close-knit team environment.
- Opportunities to make a meaningful impact within a growing payments and fintech environment.
- Exposure to embedded payments, client strategy, revenue optimization, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Opportunities to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
- Strong focus on employee development, people, and company culture.
