Senior Specialist, SEO

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategic SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, data-driven digital marketing environment. You will play a key role in improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting measurable business growth through advanced search optimization strategies. Working closely with SEO Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help shape and execute impactful campaigns while developing your expertise in both technical and client-facing SEO work. The position combines analytical depth, creative problem-solving, and storytelling through data to influence client success. You will contribute to audits, keyword strategy, content optimization, and performance reporting across diverse industries. Accountabilities:
  • Manage and support SEO strategy execution across 3–4 client accounts with guidance from SEO Managers and Strategists
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and mapping to identify opportunities for organic growth
  • Optimize on-page elements, metadata, and site structure to improve rankings and performance outcomes
  • Produce monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and client recommendations
  • Collaborate with content teams and subject matter experts to develop SEO-driven content such as blogs, landing pages, and guides
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support client communication efforts by presenting SEO insights and strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to process improvements and development of best practices within the SEO team
  • Assist in complex SEO initiatives requiring deep analysis and strategic evaluation
  • Strengthen storytelling through data to clearly communicate impact and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in SEO, including at least 6 months managing client SEO strategies
  • Strong understanding of organic search principles, technical SEO, and content optimization
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, STAT, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to execute successful SEO campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable presenting SEO strategies and insights to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and share knowledge effectively
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving digital marketing environment
