This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, relationship building, and market influence within the benefits consulting ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding visibility and preference for an AI-driven healthcare solution across leading consulting and brokerage firms, translating those relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Operating within a defined U.S. territory, you will build and manage senior-level consultant partnerships while ensuring consistent positioning in employer evaluations and RFP processes. The role requires a strong mix of strategic relationship development, market activation, and disciplined pipeline management. You will collaborate closely with sales, business development, and customer success teams to align consultant engagement with broader commercial goals. This is a high-ownership, field-facing role where influence, credibility, and execution directly shape growth outcomes.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own consultant engagement strategy and execution within your territory, focusing on building trusted relationships with key brokerage and consulting firms and converting those relationships into qualified opportunities. You will also ensure strong alignment between consultant networks and internal sales efforts to maximize market penetration and deal flow.

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive consultant-influenced pipeline and revenue opportunities
  • Build and expand senior-level relationships across major consulting and brokerage firms
  • Map stakeholder ecosystems within firms to strengthen multi-threaded influence and coverage
  • Enable consultants with clear, compelling messaging, tools, and product understanding
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support active deals and align go-to-market efforts
  • Drive participation in consultant programs and facilitate executive-level relationship engagement
  • Plan and execute field events, office visits, and strategic activations to deepen market presence
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting discipline across all activities
Requirements

This role requires strong experience working within the benefits consulting and brokerage ecosystem, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and convert relationships into business results. You should be highly commercial, structured in execution, and comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment.

  • 6+ years of experience working with major benefits consulting or brokerage firms (e.g., Aon, Mercer, WTW, Lockton, Gallagher, USI, HUB, MMA)
  • Proven success building relationships that generate pipeline, referrals, or market access
  • Strong business development and territory management skills, including multi-threaded relationship building
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Experience working in a revenue-accountable, KPI-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline and activity management
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation including base salary, variable pay, and equity components
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) options
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Life and disability insurance coverage
  • Flexible PTO and paid company holidays
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling
  • Parental leave and family support benefits
  • Equity participation in a high-growth organization
  • Access to wellness and mental health support resources
