This role sits within a technology-focused team supporting the deployment of employee benefits software solutions for clients across various industries. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and testing systems that support benefits enrollment, compliance, and HR automation processes. The position involves working closely with client stakeholders to ensure accurate data integration, smooth system performance, and high-quality delivery standards. You will handle moderately complex implementation projects involving data audits, EDI configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. - Perform data audits and upload client data for new and ongoing system implementations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Configure, build, and troubleshoot EDI files and integrations using third-party tools to support benefits administration systems.
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, and validation of both personal and team deliverables to ensure system functionality and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for client meetings, providing technical explanations, root cause analysis, and implementation updates when required.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing service needs by responding to inquiries and resolving system-related issues efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements, SOP development, and knowledge sharing within the team while mentoring junior colleagues.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in software implementation or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, data systems, or client-facing technical roles (insurance, HR, or financial services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience working with database or data-driven applications.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and quickly learn new systems and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach and strong telephone etiquette.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and occasionally travel (less than 5%).
- Competitive annual salary range: $65,000 – $75,000.
