Accountabilities:

Lead the development of scalable MarTech product strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals and long-term growth objectives.

  • Oversee enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud engagements, providing strategic guidance across Customer Journey Analytics and broader Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in client consultations, translating complex MarTech and data strategies into clear executive-level narratives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a MarTech Product team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous capability growth.
  • Identify client opportunities, risks, and growth areas while ensuring delivery of measurable business value across engagements.
  • Define, implement, and maintain internal standards, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing systems to improve scalability and delivery consistency.
  • Ensure product and solution quality through oversight of technical validation, QA processes, and delivery governance.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive alignment, resolve delivery challenges, and optimize client outcomes.
Requirements

6–8+ years of experience in MarTech, digital consulting, analytics, or technical product-related roles, ideally within complex enterprise environments.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including implementation, configuration, or advanced usage.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related tools such as RT-CDP, Adobe Target, or Adobe Journey Optimizer, or comparable platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, Snowflake).
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy across MarTech ecosystems, combining technical depth with business-oriented thinking.
  • Experience managing agile delivery teams, including mentoring, resource coordination, and performance guidance.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic roadmaps, improving client outcomes, and driving value realization.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range between $130,000 and $155,000 annually.
  • Semi-annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 5% company match and no vesting period.
  • Fully remote work model with flexible working hours.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave and paid volunteer time.
  • Monthly remote work stipend and office equipment reimbursement.
  • Continuing education reimbursement and employee referral bonus program.
  • Additional benefits including disability coverage, life insurance, FSAs, EAP support, and “Summer Fridays” for improved work-life balance.
