Job Description

Sr. Experiential Event Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Experiential Event Manager in United States.

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact experiential marketing programs that directly influence pipeline generation and account engagement. You will transform field events, executive experiences, and hybrid activations into structured, measurable programs aligned with broader go-to-market and ABX strategies. Working closely with sales, revenue marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure every event is purposeful, data-driven, and tied to business outcomes. This position blends strategic event design with hands-on operational execution, requiring strong ownership of both creative experience development and performance measurement. You will play a key role in shaping how strategic accounts and buying groups engage with the brand through immersive, insight-driven experiences. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous optimization and measurable impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of executive events, field marketing programs, and experiential activations aligned with revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Design audience-centric event experiences grounded in data, messaging strategy, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Deliver seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid event execution with consistent brand and operational excellence.
  • Translate go-to-market priorities into structured, KPI-driven experiential programs.
  • Support flagship and high-value events from concept development through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Ensure events are fully integrated into ABX and demand generation campaigns rather than standalone initiatives.
  • Manage vendors, partners, budgets, and event logistics with strong financial discipline and ROI focus.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align events with priority accounts and buying group strategies.
  • Drive pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up strategies to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, content, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Leverage marketing technology and analytics tools to measure engagement, attribution, and performance outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in experiential, field, or event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success designing and executing events that drive pipeline, revenue influence, or account engagement.
  • Strong understanding of ABX, account-based marketing, and demand generation strategies.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and senior GTM leadership.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, vendors, and complex event logistics.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure event performance and translate insights into improvements.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable approach to execution.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or similar tools is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $101,275.50 – $133,000 USD annually.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities and potential equity participation.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and additional self-care days.
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits.
  • Remote-friendly flexibility with tools and support for distributed work.
  • Professional development resources including learning platforms and growth initiatives.
  • Wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives focused on work-life balance.
