Staff Accountant in Cookeville, Tennessee at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

This Staff Accountant is responsible for performing general reconciliations and analysis of various accounts. This function includes the following areas: cash, accounts receivable, payables, and other general ledger accounts. This position is responsible for the oversight of accounts payable.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 year experience in accounting or related field.

Experience and basic knowledge of computer software including word-processing; ability to learn new software quickly. Must possess ability to work well under pressure and to function independently.
