  • Maintain SOX compliance and strengthen internal control frameworks across assigned sites
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate
  • Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members to ensure high-quality execution and accountability
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in financial close, compliance, and operational accounting within a complex environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including operational, corporate, or distribution accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, and monthly close processes
  • Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support in a public company environment
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience required

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across operations and finance teams
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, including coaching and developing team members
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and process discipline
  • Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or multi-site environments is highly preferred
