Job Overview (What You’ll Do):

Our brick & mortar stores are hubs for connection, inspiration, and adventure and our Regional Manager is the leader who serves as the connective tissue between our field teams and our broader retail strategy. You won't just oversee operations; you'll shape culture, develop talent, and drive the kind of consistent, mission-aligned execution that brings Cotopaxi's story to life in every store.

We're looking for someone with a strong track record of building high-performing teams who is ready to do it at scale. You move fluidly between coach and strategist, between data and people, and you understand that in our world, sales performance and purpose don't compete, they fuel each other!
