Job Summary
We are seeking a Training Content Specialist to support our Sales Enablement team in developing high-impact training materials that drive product knowledge, sales performance, and successful product launches.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, embraces feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position will focus on creating structured, engaging content while continuously building expertise in instructional design and modern learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training materials including product guides, FAQs, job aids, presentations, and eLearning modules
- Create structured content to support product launches and ongoing sales training initiatives
- Translate complex product and clinical information into clear, easy-to-understand materials
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment
- Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge hubs and training resources
- Utilize tools such as Articulate (Rise 360) and other platforms to develop eLearning content
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality, clarity, and effectiveness
- Assist with onboarding and training support as needed
What We Require
- Minimum of 1 year of compounding pharmacy sales experience within the organizationStrong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- High level of accountability, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Must be aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) working hours regardless of location
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating training materials, presentations, or learning content
- Exposure to instructional design principles or eLearning tools (Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in leveraging AI for content development
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or customer-facing environments
