Vice President, North America – Public Safety & Geospatial
Location: North America (ideally near a major customer or business hub)
Travel: Regular travel across the United States and Canada
Reports to: SVP, Global Public Safety, Geospatial & Physical Security
- Own your P&L performance
- Drive revenue growth, customer retention, forecasting accuracy and operational excellence
- Build trusted relationships with public safety agencies, government organizations and geospatial customers
- Develop high-performing regional teams and partner with global teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Strong and sustainable business growth across North America
- Improved customer satisfaction, retention and executive relationships
- A predictable and scalable operating model
- Increased adoption of modern technology solutions
- A highly engaged team delivering exceptional results
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in public safety, government technology, enterprise software or related industries
- Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue, profitability and business performance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, Support and Customer Success
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and government customer environments
- Experience with SaaS transformation, cloud adoption, managed services or digital modernization
- Demonstrated success leading business transformation and organizational change
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- A trusted executive who builds credibility
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and proven success
- Comfortable navigating complexity within a global matrix organization
- A builder of strong teams and future leaders
