Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting team members in achieving operational goals. This role serves as the primary leader on duty, ensuring a clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts.
-Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
-Open and close the restaurant according to company procedures.
-Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met.
-Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the restaurant.
-Delegate tasks, coach employees, and provide real-time feedback to improve performance.
-Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
-Monitor labor, productivity, and speed of service to meet operational goals.
-Handle cash management, including register reconciliation, deposits, and inventory controls.
-Maintain adequate inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
-Ensure compliance with health department regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-1–2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant or food service environment preferred.
-Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Basic math and cash-handling skills.
-Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends.
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
