The position focuses on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and the broader digital experience landscape.
You will act as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and long-term growth strategies.

- Design and lead comprehensive MarTech roadmaps aligned with client business objectives, growth strategies, and long-term digital transformation goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for enterprise-level Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives, including Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, CDP, and related solutions.
- Own complex client projects from a value delivery perspective, ensuring implementations and recommendations generate measurable business impact.
- Act as a primary point of contact for strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders, providing guidance with minimal supervision.
- Lead multi-resource project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, high-quality delivery, and alignment across technical and business teams.
- Anticipate client needs, identify potential risks, and proactively develop solutions that improve project outcomes and create additional value opportunities.
- Review and validate team deliverables through quality assurance processes, providing mentorship and guidance to maintain high standards.
- Develop internal processes, documentation, knowledge-sharing resources, and best practices to improve team scalability and consistency.
- Provide technical strategy across MarTech ecosystems with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, CDP, and related technologies.
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital analytics, or related fields, with experience managing complex technology stacks and data integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schema design, identity stitching, CJA workspace architecture, data views, implementation, and analytics support.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products and understanding of how platforms and solutions integrate at an ecosystem level.
- Proven ability to transition from tactical execution to strategic leadership, including digital transformation, platform optimization, or technology consolidation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience creating internal documentation, SOPs, QA frameworks, training materials, or knowledge-sharing programs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a curious, analytical, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and lead complex initiatives in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Adobe certifications, such as Customer Journey Analytics Business Practitioner, are highly valued.
