POSITION SUMMARY
The Staffing Manager owns the schedule and leads the Caregiver workforce — ensuring 100% shift coverage, exceptional service delivery, and a highly engaged, high-performing team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll own and lead as a: Staffing Manager -
• Build and manage daily and long-term Caregiver schedules ensuring 100% shift coverage and =98% fulfillment of authorized Client hours
• Strategically match Caregivers to Clients based on skills, availability, location, and compatibility — eliminating open hours in real time
• Lead Caregiver performance through coaching, feedback, accountability, and partnership with HR on reviews and improvement plans
• Drive Caregiver engagement, retention, and compliance, ensuring all staff are trained and fully qualified before assignment
• Maximize authorized hours while minimizing overtime, maintaining accurate data across HRIS and scheduling systems
• Serve as a key point of contact for Clients and Caregivers with prompt, professional responsiveness via phone, email, and in person
• Troubleshoot scheduling gaps, call-offs, and timekeeping discrepancies, ensuring accurate EVV tracking and documentation
• Pre-schedule new hires to ensure immediate productivity and seamless continuity of care from day one
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, or workforce coordination — healthcare or home care preferred
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience in performance management, team development, and employee accountability
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proficiency in HRIS and scheduling systems
• Results-driven and self-managed with excellent time management across competing priorities
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first approach to Clients and Caregivers
• Committed to compliance, EVV accuracy, HIPAA standards, and operational data integrity
• A passion for delivering exceptional Client and Employee experiences through every interaction

- Administrative experience in a related specialty such as accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, sales, marketing, business development, staffing, recruiting, care coordination, compliance, office or business management, human resources, or operations
- Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care
