Sports, part of PGB Petroleum, is hiring a Deli Lead to join a solid, long-standing team that takes pride in serving our neighbors every day. If you’re dependable, friendly, and take pride in preparing good food and keeping a clean workspace, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve fresh, quality food following recipes and company standards

Run daily deli operations, keeping food stocked, ready to serve, and held at proper temperatures

Make sure food meets our standards for quality, freshness, and presentation

Keep the deli, equipment, and food preparation areas clean, organized, and sanitary

Follow food safety procedures for preparing, handling, storing, and serving food

Provide friendly, caring, and honest service to every customer

Help with other store duties as needed, including operating the register, handling transactions accurately, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean

Support your manager and teammates to keep things running smoothly
