Position Description: Purpose

The Autonomous Testing Supervisor (PM Shift) is responsible for the direct supervision and support of the Autonomous Specialist staff on the PM Shift.

Essential Functions*

Motivate and train employees
Demonstrate and enforce proper policies and procedures
Encourage organizational objectives
Develop thorough knowledge and enforce facility operating guidelines
Complete performance evaluations
Support customer requests for personnel and resources
Support auditing and monitoring of test equipment and testing resources
Support employee onboarding through customer provided portal
Respond to Autonomous Specialist in-person scheduling/task questions
Support SOP creation and training
Manage and support 6S organizational requirements for Testing Services
Responsible for customer related tracking documents

Qualifications

High school diploma required
Past supervisory experience preferred
Technical experience in field of supervision
Basic computer skills
Observed leadership skills
Ability to complete and pass all internal, position specific job and safety trainings required
Valid state DMV issued or valid foreign country issued driver’s license

Working conditions

May be exposed to temperatures below 0 degrees and above 95 degrees
May be exposed to inclement weather
May be exposed to working in enclosed or restrictive areas
May be exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as gas, oil and paint
Standard office, climate controlled environment

Physical requirements

Capable of positioning one’s self into bending, stretching, climbing, or awkward positions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
