Gregory Welteroth Advertising is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, motivated, and ready to build a career in advertising and marketing. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll work alongside our account, creative, media, and other internal teams to support marketing programs for local, regional, and national clients.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across advertising, marketing, branding, media, campaign management, client service, and more—all while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll DoAs an Account Coordinator, you will help keep client projects and campaigns organized, moving forward, and on track. Responsibilities include:
Track advertising campaigns, maintain campaign data, assist with reporting, and support follow-up analysis
Coordinate with creative and media teams to manage campaign assets, images, artwork, and related materials
Assist with campaign timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day project coordination
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, clients, media partners, and other external stakeholders
Support account teams with marketing activities and client needs
Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Help ensure deadlines, details, and follow-up items are managed accurately and efficiently
Contribute ideas and solutions that help our teams and clients succeed

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Previous advertising, marketing, communications, or agency experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
