Summary
The Inventory Control Lead is an inventory professional responsible for inventory accuracy, inventory-control processes, and formal inventory investigation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role owns cycle-count and physical-inventory programs, inventory audits, discrepancy investigation, transaction review, root-cause analysis, and inventory-control procedures while serving as the primary technical resource for inventory integrity.The position works closely with Finance, Purchasing, Planning, Material Handling, and other internal partners to reconcile inventory differences, determine corrective actions, and improve inventory controls. The Inventory Control Specialist owns the control process, formal analysis, documentation, and follow-through required to prevent recurring inventory issues.

Location: This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO.
Base Compensation: $27 - $36 is the projected hourly wage for this role and will be determined on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
