About the role
- J Street is growing in Lake Highlands Dallas and is looking for a Leasing Consultant who knows how to connect, close, and care. This role is perfect for someone who brings energy to the tour, confidence to the close, and pride in creating a community residents love coming home to.

What you'll do
- Lease apartment homes from first call to signed lease like a pro
- Meet and exceed leasing and renewal goals (yes, we love a leaderboard)
- Greet prospects with confidence, qualify leads, and showcase our beautiful community
- Respond to resident needs, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and care
- Maintain clean, tour-ready models, organized digital files, and a welcoming leasing office
- Process applications, paperwork, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards
- Support community events, inspections, reporting, and daily operations
- Stay up to date on market comps, pricing, and trends
Qualifications
- Thrive in a sales-driven environment and love to win
- Consistently close at 50% or better
- Have strong communication, follow-up, and people skills
- Are organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Are familiar with Yardi, Bluemoon, and Fair Housing (or learn quickly)
- Are comfortable walking the community and showing homes
- Bring a great attitude and want to help build something special
