Key Responsibilities

Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty seasonal drinks, adhering to bakery recipes and quality standards.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, answer questions about our menu, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Bakery Pairing & Sales: Suggest pastry and baked good pairings to complement beverage choices; accurately operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the espresso bar, customer seating area, and service stations clean, sanitized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
Inventory Management: Monitor milk, coffee bean, and syrup inventory, restocking supplies as needed and alerting management to low stock.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the baking and kitchen prep team to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a fast-paced food service/retail environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right personality! Strong knowledge of, or a desire to learn about, coffee blends, brewing techniques, and espresso equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm during peak morning rushes. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Ability:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift/move up to 30 lbs.
