Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Department: Maintenance Department

Reports To: EVP of Manufacturing Operations

Salary Range: $32-$35/HR


Position Summary: Lab Crafters is seeking a Maintenance Lead to maintain and repair equipment and facilities. Primary responsibilities will be to perform all preventive maintenance as required. Repair most facility issues and fix potential safety hazards. In addition, the role will oversee personnel assigned to facility maintenance including porters & assistant technicians. Work directly with subcontractors as needed, to maintain facility & process systems. Sub-contractor agreements/contracts will be the responsibility of EVP/COO. Maintain all PM activities via the MaintainX software.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

· Adhere to all the preventive maintenance programs outlined.

· Perform all preventive maintenance as required on various equipment.

· Repair facility issues such as spackle, paint, change light bulbs, repair electrical outlets, etc.

· Performs emergency repairs.

· Follow OSHA rules and regulations.

· Troubleshoot and repair broken machines quickly and efficiently.

· Coordinates with the manager to schedule regular maintenance on machines.

· Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

· Performs other related duties as assigned. of Manufacturing Operations

Requirements:

Minimum Background, & Experience:· High school diploma or equivalent or technical school diploma · 5 - 7 years minimum industrial manufacturing and/or buildings maintenance experience· Able to read, write, and speak English· Good basic working knowledge and abilities to troubleshoot electro/mechanical problems · Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, building electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Any experience maintaining the following is a plus: CNC Laser / Punch, Press Brakes, Automated Panel Benders, industrial auxiliary equipment, pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, air compressors, etc.· Available concerning required work hours (on-call hours may apply)· Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity.
