Blood Assurance is seeking full time PRODUCT TECHNICIAN to work in our downtown Chattanooga lab location on 2nd shift 2:45PM-11:15PM ,This position offers a shift premium.

PRODUCT TECHNICIAN Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone to take orders from area hospitals that are in need
• Packing blood and/or blood products for distribution according to standard operating procedures.
• Notifying Courier when shipment is ready for pick up.
• Receiving blood components from multiple locations.
• Manufacture blood and blood components according to standard operating procedures.

Qualified PRODUCT TECHNICIAN candidate will need to:

• Be detailed oriented
• Have excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written)
• Have computer skills
• Be able to lift 50lbs on a routine basis
