Position Description: The Outside Services Purchasing Agent is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing external suppliers that provide specialized manufacturing, processing, and technical services for aerospace components. This role ensures that all outsourced work meets stringent aerospace quality, regulatory, and delivery requirements while supporting production schedules and cost targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands aerospace supply chains, and can build strong, strategic supplier relationships. This is an on-site position, working five days per week at our New Britain, CT facility.
