Part-Time Radio Announcer
Sun Broadcasting is seeking an experienced part-time radio announcer who can create compelling, locally focused content and build a genuine connection with Southwest Florida listeners.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, relevant on-air content
• Take listener phone calls and encourage audience participation
• Represent assigned brand at community events, promotions, and remote broadcasts
• Create original content for social media
• Collaborate with programmers, consultants, and station staff
• Apply coaching and feedback from management
• Maintain a positive, professional, and dependable attitude

Qualifications:

• Prior professional radio experience is required
• Strong communication and audience-engagement skills
• Knowledge of and interest in Southwest Florida
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard use.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces with equipment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle technical components and read screens or documentation.
• Ability to travel between work areas or locations as needed.
