About Renew Health + Recovery:

Renew Health + Recovery provides in-home and virtual substance use disorder treatment, bringing personalized care directly to clients where they live. Our model is designed to support lasting recovery by helping clients build healthier lives while staying connected to their families, communities, and everyday routines. We currently serve clients across 11 states, with a team committed to making high-quality treatment more accessible. We offer a holistic approach to treatment and change the way clients receive care throughout the country. Our program is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of Clinical Care Coordinator Leads/Clinical Care Coordinators across all Renew's New England agencies (CT, MA, ME, NH or RI)
  • Assign and track Clinical Care Coordinator assignments
  • Review week end assessments with Integrated Healthcare Services Director {IHSD) weekly
  • Review documentation of new nurses
  • Look at all atypical (flagged) ASAM assessments to IHSD for further review
  • Work with IHSD to compile case review list
  • Moderate/facilitate Case Review
  • Facilitate weekly Care Coordinator meeting
  • Identify training needs and discuss with Training Team
  • Attend SWAT meetings and assist with complicated cases
  • Participation in clinical discussions, utilizing all clinical resources as appropriate
  • Exemplary motivational interviewing and deep listening skills as well as the practice of therapeutic presence
  • Maintain up-to-date education on current addiction treatment trends, including knowledge of Internet resources for those with substance abuse
  • Identification of client and family needs for services or other community resources and referral for the same when appropriate, including crisis intervention
  • Participation in self-evaluation and professional development
  • Participation in on-going self-care practices to maintain solid work/life balance
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of home or community-based health care experience within the past 5 years and a minimum of 1-year psychiatric experience.
  • Substance Use Disorder treatment and knowledge of various pathways to recovery preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • RN, LCSW or state specific equivalent with an active license to practice in the state. Strong assessment skills and holistic health knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and group communication skills.
  • Appreciation and respect for principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to engage with diverse audiences (age, gender, nationality, race/ethnicity, profession, etc.)
  • This position is remote, but applicant must reside in: CT, MA, ME, NH or RI.
  • Annual rate for this position is $75k – $87k, contingent on experience in the SUD field, education, and licensure.
