Summary:

Best Version Media (BVM) is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the ultimate air traffic controller for our marketing department. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process for all marketing work—from intake and scoping to resource allocation and final delivery. By establishing clear priorities, defending brief quality, and managing team capacity, you will ensure our highest-value business initiatives move forward smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the sole gatekeeper for all marketing requests using monday.com to capture, evaluate, and organize work across the company.
• Enforce strict brief standards—requiring clear objectives, target audiences, business needs, and approval paths—with the authority to return incomplete requests.
• Develop and manage a quarterly priority scoring model, maintaining a visible parking lot and stop list to keep low-priority work from consuming resources.
• Maintain a live dashboard of team workloads, dependencies, and capacity to set realistic deadlines.
• Lead weekly traffic meetings, drive clear follow-through on decisions, and proactively resolve project blockers from kickoff to delivery.
• Facilitate clear project communication across field sales, recruiting, executive leadership, and creative teams.
• Track and report key metrics including brief compliance, revision rounds, on-time delivery rates, and overall workload versus capacity.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years managing creative or marketing projects within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Hands-on experience building intake workflows, schedules, and capacity views in monday.com, Asana, Workfront, or Wrike.
• Proven ability to score, negotiate, and defend priorities with senior leaders while remaining helpful and firm.
• Solid working understanding of creative workflows across print, digital, video, and event assets.
