Assistant Production Manager in Edmonton, Alberta at North American Powertrain Components LTD

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that personnel are fully trained, committed to and operate in accordance with all aspects of safety and quality systems and requirements. Coordinate all quality and safety training for employees and maintain required records;
• Responsible for the implementation of production plan, grasp the production schedule to ensure the normal operation of production; Responsible for maintaining sufficient production and distribution supplies inventory to meet the company's supply needs, complete the production tasks assigned by the company in quality, quantity and on time;
• Provides coaching and training, and responsible for performance evaluation monitoring and tracking procurement to ensure operating costs are within
• Other duties assigned by the company.

Capacity requirements and qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma/GED; Bachelor degree preferred

Experience in mechanical manufacturing and processing technology is required

At least 3 years working experience in industrial plant is require

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good computer skills: including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
