Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a tidy and inviting dining area for guests
• Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, and restaurant surfaces following health and safety standards
• Support servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain smooth service flow
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of chairs, tables, or supplies using safe lifting practices
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Assist with food handling duties when needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
• Other assignments as directed by management

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene standards
• Experience in bussing or supporting food service environments preferred
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or supplies
• Knowledge of food handling and restaurant safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
• CA Food Handlers Upon Hire
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Familiarity with catering or hotel environments can be a plus
