AllerVie Health is on a mission to free people from the allergies, asthma, and immune conditions holding their lives back. As we grow, we need a Total Rewards Manager who can build compensation and benefits programs as strong as the care we deliver.
What You'll Own:Compensation & Benefits Strategy — Design salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs; run market pricing analyses; lead annual comp planning; manage health, retirement, and wellness benefit programs; partner with brokers and vendors on plan design and open enrollment.
Compliance, Analytics & Communication — Ensure pay equity, pay transparency, and wage & hour compliance; deliver data-driven insights on rewards effectiveness; conduct pay equity analyses; translate comp philosophy into clear communications and coach managers on pay decisions.
What You Bring:Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; 5–8+ years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards; strong knowledge of market pricing, salary administration, and incentive design; HRIS experience with advanced Excel skills.
Preferred: Healthcare or multi-location system experience; CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification; pay equity and pay transparency expertise; executive compensation and workforce planning knowledge.
