What You'll Do

Depending on the position and your skill set, responsibilities may include:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment failures

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, and other electrical components

• Work with 480V/3-phase electrical systems

• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Repair and replace bearings, belts, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and other mechanical components

• Troubleshoot VFDs, servo motors, drives, and control systems

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen-Bradley systems

• Support robotics, automation, presses, welders, conveyors, and assembly equipment

• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders

• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, testing equipment, and precision measuring devices

• Complete scheduled and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime

• Document maintenance activities and completed work orders using SAP or other CMMS systems

• Assist with root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability

• Follow all plant safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or equipment repair experience

• Mechanical, electrical, or multicraft maintenance background

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with industrial electrical systems is highly desirable

• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, robotics, automation, or production equipment is a plus

• Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and equipment reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
