Location: Oklahoma City Metro, Oklahoma

Reports to: Warehouse Shipping Manager

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, verifying customer orders, preparing shipments, and assisting with general warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an entry-level to early-career warehouse position with opportunities to learn and perform a variety of fulfillment and shipping functions.

• Pick and pull products accurately from warehouse locations using customer orders, pick lists, scanners, or warehouse systems.
• Verify product numbers, descriptions, quantities, and shipping information to ensure order accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners, carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to retrieve and move products safely.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate team member.
• Stage completed orders in designated areas for packing, shipping, or carrier pickup.
• Assist with packing, labeling, shipping, loading, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Assist with preparing shipments according to customer-specific requirements and carrier instructions.
• Support freight and parcel shipping activities, including carrier pickups and shipping-related issues.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and proper material-handling practices.
• Work cooperatively with warehouse, shipping, customer service, and other departments.
• Perform other warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the job, including understanding work instructions, product information, shipping documents, and customer-specific requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret pick lists, shipping documents, labels, and customer shipping requirements.
• Ability to learn and use scanners, warehouse management systems, order-entry systems, and other technology used in warehouse operations.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, order picking, or logistics environment.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, or order-entry system.
• Experience using customer routing guides, shipping instructions, or carrier requirements.
• Experience scheduling freight pickups or working with freight carriers.
• Previous forklift experience or certification.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other powered warehouse equipment.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, or order fulfillment environment.

• Primarily works in a warehouse and distribution environment.
• May be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
• Exposure to warehouse equipment, machinery, vehicles, noise, light dust, and fumes.

• May occasionally perform work in an office or computer-based environment.

This position requires regular physical activity throughout the workday, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, squatting, crouching, and kneeling.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of products and materials.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to visually inspect products, labels, and documents.
• Ability to safely operate or work around warehouse equipment and moving vehicles.
