The Safewaze Marketing Manager sits at the hub of the marketing department, managing projects, executing campaigns and ensuring accuracy of all deliverables. You'll own social media, promotional campaigns, and channel performance. WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Own quality control for deliverables, ensuring accuracy from product specs to brand standards
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to consistently meet deadlines
• Execute promotional campaigns from brief through launch and evaluation
• Expand digital marketing by increasing web traffic, social media presence and email performance
• Establish dashboards using best-practice metrics to evaluate project results
• Bring creative energy to copyediting, photo direction and video scripting
• Manage end-to-end trade show execution, logistics and vendor coordination
• Oversee support for merchandising, swag and Academy education programs
• Collaborate with all teams including sales, product, distributors and end users

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with strong leadership potential
• Confident using digital tools to present data for strategic decision-making
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize
• Experience with monday.com or similar project management software
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and direct creation of marketing collateral
• Excellence in proofreading both text and visuals (assessment will be required)
• Proficient with website management software such as WordPress
• Comfortable utilizing software/technology, including MailChimp, Plytix and Claude AI
• Player/coach – switch with ease from creating an email blast to planning a promo
• Portfolio required with writing samples and examples of contribution to collateral
• Proven excellence in written, verbal and visual communication
• Self-motivated and resourceful, undaunted by change and fast pace
