As a Document Management Service Assistant with Sedgwick Government Solutions, you will work onsite in our Dublin, Ohio office. In this role, you will be an important member of a dynamic team that provides cross-functional support to members of the World Trade Center Health Program. You will be responsible for sorting and processing medical documents, organizing records within a proprietary electronic document management system and accurately classifying and routing member records. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important mission while developing valuable professional skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in classifying, identifying and routing records
  • Prepares and scans documents
  • Prepares documents for off-site storage and retention
  • Transmits facsimiles
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Six (6) months of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Mailroom and document management experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to meet or exceed performance expectations in a fast-paced environment

Sedgwick Government Solutions provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of a specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($15/hr - $18/hr).
