This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving new business and expanding strategic customer relationships.
You will be responsible for acquiring enterprise accounts while identifying opportunities to increase revenue within the existing customer base.
The role combines proactive prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and strategic account expansion.
You will engage with decision-makers to understand cybersecurity needs, overcome purchasing barriers, and accelerate sales cycles.
Success requires a data-driven approach, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to clearly communicate the value of a comprehensive cybersecurity portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with channel, customer success, renewal, SDR, and marketing teams to maximize opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic sales professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Acquire enterprise-sized accounts within the assigned territory and consistently meet or exceed monthly new-logo sales quotas.
  • Promote and sell the full range of products to existing enterprise customers while achieving cross-sell and expansion sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise opportunity pipeline through multiple prospecting methods, structured lead cadences, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on leads generated by SDR, marketing, and channel teams to convert interest into qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate the value of the product portfolio and demonstrate how cybersecurity solutions can strengthen an organization's human firewall.
  • Understand customer buying requirements, decision-making structures, potential obstacles, and next steps to shorten sales cycles and increase new-logo and expansion revenue.
  • Strategically structure subscription levels, multi-year agreements, and pricing negotiations to maximize annual recurring revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.
  • Partner with channel sales representatives to successfully close new enterprise business through partner channels.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to understand account structures, identify cybersecurity gaps, and increase customer adoption and commitment.
  • Support renewal activities when there is an opportunity to expand the account or increase its overall value.
Requirements:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience selling to enterprise-sized businesses.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education is desirable.
  • You have familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT, information security, or cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are comfortable working with Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • You are proficient with standard web browsers and common business technology tools.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can clearly articulate value to business stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and comfortable conducting professional communication in English.
  • You are a metrics-driven business professional who uses data and sales performance indicators to guide decisions.
  • You are motivated, energetic, and self-directed, with the initiative to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
  • You have strong collaboration and teamwork skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining ownership of targets, activities, and results.
Benefits:
  • Company-wide bonuses tied to monthly sales targets.
  • Employee referral bonuses.
  • Adoption assistance.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Certification reimbursement and certification completion bonuses.
  • Opportunity to work in a modern, high-tech, and collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to enterprise cybersecurity sales, customer expansion, and strategic account management.
