  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, password resets, user access, licensing, and workstation readiness across approved identity and endpoint-management systems.
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity, VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, WAN/SD-WAN, and related network equipment; escalate vendor-level issues when needed.
  • Support facility technology such as nurse call systems, digital signage, televisions, surveillance systems, paging, faxing, and voice platforms within the assigned scope.
  • Maintain accurate tickets, asset records, network-closet documentation, equipment information, and follow-up actions in Freshservice or similar systems.
  • Coordinate with facility staff, internal IT teams, contractors, and vendors, while identifying recurring issues and recommending practical improvements.
  • Provide calm, professional support in active healthcare environments and reinforce privacy, security, and proper equipment-use standards.

Success in this role

You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, take ownership of assigned work, document accurately, and provide respectful, practical service to facility staff and internal partners.

Requirements:
  • Three or more years of experience in field support, desktop support, Help Desk, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a similar technical role; multi-site experience is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, endpoint hardware, printers, mobile devices, and common business technology.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching, patching, VPN, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Okta, Intune, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing or asset-management systems; Freshservice experience is a plus.
  • Basic PowerShell or automation knowledge is helpful.
  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly to assigned facilities.
