Superior Water & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential and light commercial installation projects. • Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment
• Guide and develop apprentices and installation team members
• Coordinate materials, jobsite logistics, and project timelines
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites

• Has strong HVAC installation knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• RMGA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
